Who runs the site
The site is run by 360 Ukrug, Niš, Serbia. Reach us on +381 63 106 8837, by phone or WhatsApp.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you disagree with anything, feel free to ask us before you go on.
Prices in the configurator
The amount shown in the configurator is a rough estimate for the chosen setup and number of hours. It is not an offer or a contract and does not reserve a date.
We confirm the final price, the date, travel outside Niš and other details by message or contract once we have checked the date is free. Only then is the date yours.
Booking and the event itself
Nothing is paid for or concluded through the site. Booking terms, deposit, cancellation and rescheduling are agreed with you individually before the event, and they take precedence over this text.
Photos and clips on the site
The text, photos, clips and logo on the site belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to view them and share the link, but not to download them or use them for other purposes without our consent.
If you recognise yourself in a clip and want it removed, let us know and we will take it down.
Links to other services
The site links to WhatsApp, Instagram and other external pages. They have their own terms and we are not responsible for them. How we handle the data you send us is described in the privacy policy.
Accuracy and availability
We do our best to keep everything on the site accurate and up to date, but the content is for information and may change without notice. We do not guarantee the site will always work without interruption.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from simply using the site. This does not limit your rights under the event contract or under Serbian consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. If a disagreement comes up, we will first try to settle it by talking; if that fails, the court in Niš has jurisdiction, unless consumer law provides otherwise.
Changes
We may change these terms. When we do, we update the date at the top. For an event already agreed, the terms of that agreement apply.
